营销支付一体化解决方案

市场上如此多的营销手段,万变不离其中都是以价格的优惠来吸引消费者。并没有其他的手段,比如:新的消费体验。无论怎么样的营销活动无非两种目的:一、促进消费者到店消费;二、实现预付费消费。前者多以优惠、折扣的方式吸引消费者,后者以折扣的兑换券和现金券作为虚拟等价凭证来卖给消费者。

传统的营销活动,大多数以纸质券为载体。对于商家来说。纸质券除了必要的印刷成本外,还需要雇人工在街头以传单的方式发放。要给小工发工资的同时,还要承担券被仍到垃圾桶的风险。大多数路人都会这么做:他们收到街边的传单(优惠券)会只看一眼、甚至不看就随意丢弃。如果遇到不负责任的员工,整叠的传单都会被丢弃在垃圾桶里。

商家花了大价钱印刷的优惠券只有少数的人可以得到。也只有第一手得到这些优惠券的人们可以使用。无法传播流通。有些商家会制作大型的灯箱广告牌来宣传自己的促销活动。这只是一种点对面的宣传,对于那些早就厌烦了广告和吆喝的都市人来说,这些营销活动大多都被当做“不存在”。

对于消费者来说,纸质券不易保存,易丢失。我们或多或少有这样的经历:钱包里揣着好多张的优惠券。最近没有时间去消费,放在钱包里又太乱,放在别处又容易丢失。掏出一叠的优惠券,要找到想要的一张还不容易。直到这些券过期,垃圾桶还是最终的归宿。

当消费者拿着券到商店消费或享受服务的时候。传统的营销方式在结账的过程中人工的成分过多。收银员需要根据不同的券,人工计算金额后再让消费者支付。支付后的报表统计工作也非常费时费力。传统的营销活动,营销与消费是分开的

 

 

平台的整体流程如下图:

 

 

商户先在商户后台创建活动,定义活动详细信息,例如:活动名称、活动类型、价格等。

消费者到店参与活动,根据活动的类型。消费者是主动参与,或是由商家推动。

消费者(可以是第2步中相同的消费者,也可以是收到由第2步的消费者送出券的另外的消费者)使用收到的二维码券进行消费。
