Payment company POS National Joint Insurance.
POS products: the whole machine is guaranteed for three years, and the battery is guaranteed for one year.
YPOS products: the whole machine is guaranteed for six months, and the battery is guaranteed for three months.
MPOS products: The whole machine is guaranteed for one year.
After the warranty period, the company provides maintenance for a fee.

The valid purchase invoice of this machine (the valid purchase invoice refers to the regular commercial sales invoice with the seal of the tax bureau)
The product warranty period is calculated in the following two ways:
The product warranty period starts from the date of purchase; when the customer provides the product warranty book and the valid purchase invoice of the machine as the warranty certificate, the product warranty period starts from the date of invoicing (purchase invoice).
The product warranty period starts from the date the product leaves the factory (judged by the product serial number); the date the product leaves the factory is subject to the provision of the company
Product warranty service instructions:
In the product; three guarantees; valid period, the failure of the product under normal conditions can be repaired, replaced and returned according to the national; three guarantees; regulations; during the product warranty period, you can enjoy free maintenance services in our Client Server Center according to the terms of this warranty card.
During the warranty period, if the product fails under normal conditions, please send the machine and the valid warranty certificate to the nearest Client Server center of our company to enjoy the warranty service provided by our Client Server center

The following situations do not belong to the scope of three guarantees and warranty. The Client Server Center will provide paid maintenance services. For specific paid service charges, please consult the local Client Server Center:
If the product warranty certificate failed to be presented or presented does not match the product or there is a false record.
The product or its components have exceeded the free warranty period.
Failure caused by abnormal voltage and improper use environment.
Fault caused by misoperation such as hot plugging and unplugging.
Failures caused by the purchaser during transportation and unloading.
Failure caused by disassembly, repair or modification of the product without the authorization of the manufacturer.
Failure to operate according to the usage methods and precautions written in the operation manual.
Failures caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (e.g. earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, etc.).
Failure caused by the use of non-manufacturer approved power adapters, batteries, etc.
